What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Green As It Gets purchase. If you’re unhappy with the item you purchased for any reason, return it to our warehouse within 30 days of the shipment receipt.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For your convenience, on most items we offer three different delivery options: Standard, Premium and Express. The estimated delivery time will be stated when you make your shipping preference.
Will you send an order confirmation?
We’ll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges aren’t included in the product price. We calculate our rates per shipment, based on total weight. The more your shipment weighs, the less you pay per pound. We calculate shipping cost this way: Base Price + (Total Weight x Price Per Pound) = Total.
Do you ship overseas?
Right now, we’re unable to ship outside the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.
We hope to offer expanded international shipping soon. Unfortunately, we can’t accept International credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam.
Do you ship to Canada?
Right now, we don’t ship to Canada. We hope to offer expanded shipping options that include Canada in the future.
Why did my order arrive in two different shipments?
We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. But if some products are backordered, we don’t want to hold up your entire order. We send you the in-stock products right away. We ship the backordered products as soon as they arrive. We’ll send you an e-mail confirmation for each package that leaves our warehouse.
Can you send me a catalog?
We do not currently have a printed catalog. We do look forward to producing one in the future.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, we can’t accept International credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. Sorry, no checks or money orders.
When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card when we ship the item. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card. When you place your order, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Please note: if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won’t actually debit your account until we ship your order. If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to remove the authorization depends on the financial institution that issues your card.
